Tipalti Looking for Business Operations and Strategy Manager, Global Partner Payments (REMOTE) at Canada Full Time

We are on a rocket ship for growth and are looking for a high-caliber individual to join our team!

As a Business Operations and Strategy Manager, your Responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with the GM to establish a performance and operational framework of the business
• Driving a diverse set of key initiatives and/or work streams from ideation to delivery
• Aligning the various initiatives to the business unit goals and it’s go to market strategies
• Working cross functionally with key stakeholders throughout the company including: sales, marketing, partnerships, product, compliance, and operations
• Developing a deep understanding of the latest trends in core verticals as they pertain to growing domains like DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and Web 3.0 to better inform strategic opportunities and planning.

Qualifications
Skills and Knowledge Required

• Passion for building scalable and repeatable processes
• Must be dynamic, innovative, and possess creative problem solving skills
• Ability to work in a high growth, constantly changing environment
• Highly organized and detail oriented individual
• Strong communication skills across verbal, written and presented content

Job Related Experience

• 3-5 years experience at a top-tier management consulting firm and/or tech or financial services
• Payments and/or decentralized finance experience a plus
• Creator, Marketplace, Ad Tech experience in a similar role would be unique

Education Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Psychology)
