*Job Summary*
Titanium is looking to add an enthusiastic, in office, individual who can assume a long term position with a vastly growing domestic dispatch team. Specific to this role; the candidate would shoulder the duties of managing, dispatching and coordinating shipments within our Ontario to Quebec corridor. Titanium is searching for an experienced dispatcher who can work with our operations team to apply their industry knowledge to meet and exceed revenue targets; to bring a fresh approach to a growing team, and a positive attitude and confident style of dispatching to a thriving group of drivers.

*Job Duties and Responsibilities*

• The applicant will be trained and required to use our state of the art technology; such as industry prominent dispatch software and applications for Truck and Trailer tracking
• Provide proficient customer service and to schedule on time deliveries
• Coordinate and assign the appropriate trucks based on priority freight
• Meet target delivery times that are within the drivers legal hours of service while following industry rules and regulations
• The applicant will be required to review driver performances and participate in driver reviews as requested
• The applicant will need to be able to process and filter through hundreds of emails on a daily basis and provide responses to key items in an effective and timely manner
• Perform insightful analysis and provide proven problem solving techniques applied to organizational planning and time management

*Job Requirements*

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• The applicant must possess the ability to be flexible and work extended hours when required
• Proficient with the use of a computer, including Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

*Preferred*

• Though this position does not require the use of the French language the ability to speak French would be a strong asset.
