About the team
Our Product team has been rapidly growing over the past two years as our organization has evolved towards a product-led focus. You will be working among a tight-knit group of product owners, project managers, UX designers, quality assurance professionals and development teams. As a client-centric organization and team, we understand the importance of measuring client impact and success, before simply measuring product usage. We work closely alongside our clients and users to ensure features, functions, and metrics are truly meaningful to them.
We are looking for an exceptional Product Manager who will be in charge of executing and helping set the vision of the product, while working closely with the VP of Product and the product teams.
Responsibilities
o Clearly communicate the product vision and strategy to the working teams
o Successful execution of the product vision and strategy
o Juggle hands-on work as well as coaching and mentoring team members
o Inspire teams by example through passion and leadership
o Influence the Product strategy through data analytics and data-backed decisions
o Lead and grow product team members
o Adapt to handle Account Management needs, as required
o Demonstrate a strong sense of priorities and impact, to provide strategic recommendations and to make decisions on the order in which the work needs to be completed
o Actively keep track of industry changes and best practices to ensure the product teams are always growing, to become a world class product-led organization
o Efficiently facilitate internal and external meetings, workshops, discovery and any other types of sessions
o Effectively work with all departments; marketing, development, QA, product, design and delivery to ensure constant collaboration, communication and alignment
o Proactive and regular internal and external stakeholder expectations management
o Become our Product evangelist
o Deliver captivating and meaningful product demos with internal and external stakeholders
o Nurture deeply rooted relationships with our clients and their networks to open communication channels between users and the product team
