About the team
Our Product team has been rapidly growing over the past two years as our organization has evolved towards a product-led focus. You will be working among a tight-knit group of product owners, project managers, UX designers, quality assurance professionals and development teams. As a client-centric organization and team, we understand the importance of measuring client impact and success, before simply measuring product usage. We work closely alongside our clients and users to ensure features, functions, and metrics are truly meaningful to them.
We are looking for an exceptional QA Specialist who will be dependable in executing a wide set of test cases for the product and for our clients. We are looking for an individual with an eye for detail, who is always looking for ways to improve on processes and the quality of the platform.
Responsibilities
Identifying and logging bugs, defects, problems and enhancements.
Use of Azure DevOps for logging, tracking, documenting tickets.
Working closely with the QA, product, designer, project management and development teams.
Assisting in and owning: writing, planning, organizing and implementing test cases, test automation cases, regression automation plan and any other activities pertaining to the overall quality of the product and services that are assigned to you.
Customer support and troubleshooting, as needed.
Maintaining open lines of communication between user/client groups and project teams.
Working closely with project team(s) and project stakeholders to ensure project deliverables and projects remain on track and are delivered on time.
Effectively working with multiple organizations (clients, 3rd parties, or competitors) to deliver project objectives as required and when needed.
Having technical skills and knowledge to develop practical and cost-effective solutions to unanticipated situations.
Having the ability to take ownership of sink-or-swim moments and transforming ambiguous situations into clarity.
Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Developing and demonstrating a thorough understanding of TKS or Client development standards and methodologies, tools and techniques, and its underlying quality assurance principles and processes.
Independently adapting, interpreting and applying written guidelines, precedents and standardized work practices.
Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with other employees, organizations and the public.
Having the ability to clearly express ideas and facts, verbally or in writing.
Being a TKS ambassador within the IT and business community.
Reviewing and/or prepare system Documents, Designs and Specifications as required.
Assisting in, or creating, estimates for software testing, and any other assigned project deliverables.
Managing and growing new business relationships with clients and potential clients.
Performing other related duties as assigned or requested.
Bilingual (French and English) required.
Qualifications

Strong collaboration skills to work alongside product, development, QA and designer teams to identify opportunities for process improvements
Strong communication and delegation skills
2-5 years QA experience
QA certification or diploma, or equivalent
Industry standard ISTQB certification considered an asset
Experience in working with Agile teams
Strong analytical, problem resolution and decision-making skills
Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Bilingualism (English/French) required
