Logistics Customer Service Coordinator
TMSI Ltd, is a container transportation company based in Dartmouth NS specializing in commercial cargo transportation between Atlantic Canada and Newfoundland. We have an immediate opening for Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator in our Dartmouth office.
Job Duties:
· Administrative duties, data entry and other clerical tasks
· Provide assistance and support to management and staff
· Receive bookings from customers and prepare documentation and billing information
· Maintain reports
· Cross training to cover vacation time
· Collections and billing customers
· Customer service needs
· Liaise with customers to oversee & review customer accounts as needed
Candidates must be self- motivated and able to in a fast-paced environment. Must have the ability to work with team members and independently. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Must be self-directed, organized and have problem-solving skills.
Candidate Requirements:
· Valid driver’s license
· Strong Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word and Excel skills
· Comfortable using database management systems
· French is an asset
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Positive disposition.
Working hours are Monday – Friday 8am / 5pm. TMSI Ltd offers a competitive salary and benefits package based on your skills and experience.
