This second-line role is responsible for supporting the implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management (“ERM”) Program and the overall operational resilience of both CDS and CDCC (“TMX Post-Trade”). Reporting to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk Management, the incumbent facilitates the identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting of all significant risks through interaction with lines of business, process owners, and the Senior Leadership Team.
The ERM – Senior Risk Analyst (SRA) you will be supporting the enhancement of Operational Resilience of CDS and CDCC, ensuring regulatory requirements relating to Operational Resilience are met, and providing scrutiny of the operational risks and controls from within the business’ 1st line of defense. This will involve liaising widely throughout the business with other teams, producing monthly/quarterly dashboards, monitoring impact tolerance breaches, and reporting progress on agreed resilience standards/remediation of identified vulnerabilities.
