We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Data Entry Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting data into our system, ensuring that all information is entered in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately input data into our system
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain and update electronic and hard-copy filing systems
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
- Follow company policies and procedures for data entry
- Complete assigned tasks within established deadlines
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong typing skills with a minimum of 50 WPM
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous data entry experience preferred but not required
