This opportunity consists of incremental advancement. If selected, you will initially be trained as a Recruiter and, when successful, move onto the Client Management Role within a Career Path that could take you far beyond your starting role.

Here are typical tasks required to succeed:

• Utilizing multiple job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Career Builder, Monster), referrals, social media and databases to conduct searches
• Responsible for obtaining new business through referrals and leads
• Full cycle recruitment for potential candidates to fill job orders
• Preparing candidates for interviews, negotiating compensations, benefits, perks and incentives
• Recruiting for mid-executive level professionals in a variety of roles and industries
• Managing the relationship with Clients through the complete project cycle
• Provide direction to assigned recruiters and resource team as they help fulfill your requirements

Must-haves:

• Proactive work ethic with a high level of accountability
• Ability to manage and execute a portfolio of 10 – 20 + vacancies concurrently
• Previous experience in a sales or customer service environment (financial services, hospitality, B2B, direct sales, executive search)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Excel and Word
• Solid networking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization skills
• Strong multitasker with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple deadlines
• Excellent customer service skills
• Recruiting experience and knowledge of the recruiting business is an asset.

Salary: Based on Experience Level.

Bonuses are paid out quarterly.
