Toronto Elite School Looking for English Teacher (Grade 9-12) at Remote Full Time

Our private high school is currently hiring English teachers for Grade 9-12 students

We are looking for individuals with:

· 3+ years Canadian teaching experience

· Familiar with online teaching setups

· Excellent communication skills, the ability to engage with international students.

· Extensive knowledge of the current grade 9-12 Ontario English curriculum

· A commitment to complete a full semester is a MUST

· Experience with the inspection and supervision required by the Ministry of Education

· Ability to develop a course binder including a course outline, unit plans, lesson plans, curriculum tracker, student attendance, various forms of assessment. Applicant with own course binder is preferred

· Have an up-to-date binder ready for teaching

· OCT license is an asset

Note: the class will be scheduled in morning/evening hours.

Salary: $30-40 per hour based on qualification and experience
