Toronto International Design Centre Looking for Inbound Call Centre Operator (work from home) at Toronto, ON Full Time

Key accountabilities:

• First point of contact for customers handling inbound calls
• Responding to customer needs in a professional and timely manner
• Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction through first contact resolution
• Meeting deadlines, required outcomes and performance expectations
• Ensure the integrity, protection and compliance of information and customer data

Key selection criterias:

• Previous call centre or customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Strong attention to details and understanding of data privacy and security
• Ability to work with KPIs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $21.00-$26.00 per hour
