Toronto Lube Service Looking for Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Markham, ON Full Time

Toronto Lube Service is a well-established Distributor of Industrial Lubricants and Metalworking Fluids located in Markham (Woodbine & 407).

We are searching for a motivated individual to assume a variety of Customer Service duties in a relaxed, small team environment.

Job Description:

• Accurately process customer orders received by phone and e-mail.
• Co-ordinate information between customers, sales and shipping teams.
• Other duties as required to ensure administrative and customer needs are met.

Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar administrative role. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office and QuickBooks is an asset.*

• Candidates must be detail oriented, punctual, highly organized and able to demonstrate strong communication skills.
