What you’ll do:
Do you like the challenge of offering warm and engaging customer service in a fast-paced environment? If you’ve just answered, “Heck, ya!” then we have a job for you! As an Room Service Attendant, you thrive on making genuine personal connections, both in person and over the phone. You’ll be a Subject Matter Expert when it comes to our Room Service menu and the F&B offerings in the hotel. You’ll take total responsibility for serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner and with the utmost discretion as you enter the guest’s room. Are you up for the challenge?
