Position Summary
The Supervisor, Tenant and Facilities Maintenance supports and collaborates with the Manager, Facilities Management, to ensure the consistent delivery of high quality day-to-day contracted maintenance and repair services, including cleaning and custodial, inspection, mechanical, plumbing and drain, painting, electrical and lighting, paved and landscaped surfaces and building amenities to maximize the life-cycle of building systems and infrastructure, and contribute to an exceptional customer experience at all Green P facilities and properties under TPA operational jurisdiction.
The incumbent is customer-centric, highly analytical, with strong communications skills, works collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders, including City of Toronto agencies and departments as well as with private sector partners and ensures alignment with TPA’s annual operating and strategic plans.
