Position Overview:

Reporting to the Executive Director of Operations and Infrastructure, the Campus Director will manage the day-to-day operations and facilities to ensure students receive an excellent service and educational experience. This role will include a broad spectrum of tasks, from reviewing financial data and coordinating logistical arrangements to ensuring the smooth maintenance of the campus infrastructure. The Campus Director will manage and strategically allocate resources to optimize efficiency and support our commitment to excellence in service and education.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all campus operations and facilities maintenance, including classrooms, boardrooms, and campus security.
• Develop, implement, and effectively communicate operating policies and procedures internally and externally.
• Create proposals for new projects and initiatives to improve student experience and service standards.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety on the campus per the regulations.
• Draft and review financial statements and campus operations budgets and provide accurate financial projections.
• Lead and mentor on-campus student services teams, promoting a culture of continuous learning, positivity, accountability, and mutual respect.
• Establish and sustain positive, ongoing relationships with the public and the local community to build a strong brand identity and positive reputation.
• Participate in recruiting new employees in student services, student experience, and campus facility positions.
• Collaborate with the Academic Department for attendance monitoring, student integration, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters, offering effective problem-solving strategies.
• Identify reliable vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement processes.
• Monitor, maintain, and top-up the inventory of required supplies.
• Innovate, develop, and deliver an engaging learning environment using available resources and diverse teaching methods to meet course objectives effectively.
• Participate in professional development activities and programs as required by accreditation and regulatory agencies.
• Provide stakeholders with detailed, up-to-date reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Develop and implement short-term and long-term strategies, ensuring consistency across all areas of responsibility.
• Report key performance indicators to senior leaders and adapt strategies for continuous success.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education and Expertise:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in operational or program management within a post-secondary institution.

Skills and Competencies:

• Proficient knowledge of the private college education sector and its best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with a variety of individuals and departments.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet business objectives.
• Strong leadership, coaching, conflict resolution skills, and independent problem-solving initiative.
• Prior experience in motivating and leading teams within a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
• Strong organization, analytical, and motivational skills.
• Capable of working independently as well as being part of a team.
• Ability to multitask and manage time-sensitive activities.
• Strong skills in MS Office and database systems.

Working Conditions:

• Office-first hybrid work model. This position will be expected to work onsite at least two days per week or as required based on business needs.
