General Accountability
Develops hands-on operations-specific training programs and reviews and revises those programs. Develops, documents and applies criteria, standards and guidelines for the instructional development process, and manages numerous concurrent development projects. Works in conjunction with internal resources, and coordinates the development of training programs with subject matter experts. The role also assists with the assessment, verification and processing of employee educational qualifications/trade license as well as pre-test planning and administration.
