What You Will Do
Reporting to the Chief, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of strategic objectives and initiatives at the TTC. To this end, you will work closely with Department Heads across the assigned Group to facilitate various projects, programs and work initiatives and ensure that work plans are on track. You will provide strategic advice to the assigned Chief to make certain that work across the assigned Group is aligned and integrated effectively. As Senior Advisor, you will also ensure the assigned Chief and Department Heads are fully briefed on all at risk initiatives and deliverables. You will also lead and coordinate Chief’s TTC Board Reports as well as provide input into other Chief’s Board Reports.
Based on experience, the incumbent will be supporting one of the following assigned Groups:
• Deputy CEO Group
• Diversity & Culture Group
• Strategy and Customer Experience Group
• Corporate Services Group
• People Group
