Our client is a High end Luxury goods boutique retailer looking for a Receptionist who is a self-starter, takes initiative and is proactive to join their team at their Yorkville location.
Please note: This position does not offer work from home/remote flexibility.
JOB FUNCTIONS
- Manage any incoming inquiries and requisitions via phone and email.
- Coordinate and accept shipping and receiving of new product and supplies
- Responsible for any written communications to vendors, suppliers and customers
- Assist with product refunds, warranties and arrange repair consultations
- Schedule and coordinate any meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments in designated calendars
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Related experience in a retail environment is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to effectively deal with senior-level management and handle highly confidential matters
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of Products ( Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
- Strong professional presence and demeanor.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Must be able to meet tight deadlines and be flexible to changing work flow and demands.
- Proven ability to multi-tasking and manage various projects with competing deadlines.
