Duties include:
Handle phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages, etc.).
Perform a wide variety of administrative, clerical, records management, billing, file review and support tasks.
Create and maintain files and databases containing personal, financial and other data.
Work with accounts payable to ensure project vendor and contractor invoices are paid on time.
Track inventory of office supplies and place orders as necessary.
Maintain employee records for CNESST, etc.
Other administrative duties as required
Requirements
Must be bilingual: French / English
Administrative experience a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and ability to learn new software and systems.
High school diploma or equivalent. Secretarial skills will be an advantage.
