The Customer Service Analyst is responsible for developing and implementing initiatives aimed at improving customer service across the corporation. The role will act as a liaison between the Town’s future centralized customer contact centre (ServiceWhitby), departmental customer service teams, external partners, and Technology and Innovation Services (TIS) to:
