This is a 12-month contract/acting opportunity that will report to the Manager, Toyota Brand. What You’ll be Doing:
Marketing Fleet Management
- Strategically plan and facilitate vehicle fleet orders
- Track and audit fleet unit inventory
- Receive fleet incident reporting and insurance claims
- Coordinate repairs, cleaning and service with dealers and preferred vendors
- Manage and develop fleet focused assets (training, collateral, legal, forms, keys)
- Plan and facilitate basic vehicle training; Attend new client product launch briefs and product training as required
Marketing Support
- Coordinate internal marketing events for clients
- Manage contesting process from start to finish; receive briefs, translate into an organized format and partner with legal to gain appropriate approvals
- Support the Sponsorship Practice with managing national partner relationships
- Support creative requests for events
- Manage asset storage; Track costs, audit quarterly and maintain processes for inventory
Experiential & Brand Support
- Collaborate and support Brand Consultants on experiential and brand programs/ campaigns/activations
- Attend and participate in meetings to learn the inner workings of partnership management in order to provide assistance to team as required
- Support partnership-related activities and initiatives as needed
- Work with agency partner and internal departments to develop sponsored event agreements; Track assets negotiated and ensure they are fulfilled as per the contract
- Create source codes in Dynamics CRM for all Toyota & Lexus experiential events, launch tours, and campaigns
- Support the Marketing Department in implementing the yearly agency scorecards
- Support with Olympics & Paralympic Partnerships
Marketing Department Support
- Analyze all incoming communication in the Marketing inbox and execute any necessary next steps; Distribute all outgoing marketing communications from the marketing inbox
- Organize, implement and share Marketing Department Newsletters with TCI associates
- Support brand team on research and insights documentation, regular meetings, planning and budgeting
- Organize circulation vehicle program for Marketing department
- Plan department events; work with National Manager on requirements and logistics
- Perform other tasks and projects as requested in support of Marketing department
What You’ll Bring:
- College/University Diploma/degree in a marketing, communications or business
- 1-2 years working experience in the marketing field
- Knowledge of experiential marketing, activation and partnership/sponsorships
- Strong team player
- Strong organizational and time management skills; Ability to work with multiple partners and on multiple projects on a regular basis
- Great attention to detail
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
- Enthusiasm for a fast-paced environment
- Experience with SAP is an asset
