Toyota Plaza is accepting applications for the position of Appointment Coordinator within a supportive and cooperative work environment. Employee benefits kick in once done probation period is complete.
Position is Monday – Friday 8:00a – 4:30p
+ 8 Saturdays a year.
Responsibilities:
- Make / Re-schedule appointments as directed by Service Manager.
- Use phone system to follow-up with customers.
- Check and return customer calls and messages.
- Book appointments.
- Call and re-schedule customers who miss appointments.
- Order/check on parts.
- Change customer information.
- Print reports for appointments.
- Fold appointments for the following week
- Conduct all dealings with the highest level of courtesy and respect to our customers.
- Other duties as required by the service manager
