As the Accounting Manager you will be responsible for managing a variety of clients.

What You Will Be Doing
- Handle client onboarding with finesse, ensuring a smooth and reassuring transition, showcasing your proficiency in financial reporting and Canadian tax.
- Tackle challenges with a mix of analytical acumen and inventive thinking, turning obstacles into opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Pursue ongoing learning and development, evolving in your role while mentoring a team, fostering their growth alongside your own.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for reporting purposes in accordance with Canadian GAAP.
- Oversee the preparation of corporate, individual and trust tax returns and ensure compliance with all Canadian tax regulations.
What You Bring To The Table
- CPA designation (Canada) with minimum of 3 years of public practice experience since becoming a CPA.
- Minimum of 7 years or proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role in public accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices (GAAP).
- Strong knowledge of Canadian tax regulations (ITA, ETA, PST, etc).
- Proficient in using accounting software such as Xero Blue, Xero Workpapers, TaxCycle, Karbon, and MS365.
