What You Will Be Doing
- Utilize SAP system for managing accounts receivable transactions and data;
- Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits, and reconcile the Accounts Receivable ledger;
- Facilitate payment of invoices, and generate internal financial statements and reports;
- Schedule staff, manage holiday requests, and assist with staff events.
What You Bring To The Table
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proven experience in accounts receivable and a solid understanding of accounting principles;
- Proficiency in data entry, spreadsheets, and accounting software;
- Customer service skills and the ability to negotiate effectively;
- Working knowledge of SAP is an asset!
