Our client, a renowned global leader in architecture and workplace design, seeks an Assistant Sustainability Specialist to join in guiding global enterprises towards achieving Net Zero goals. If you are obsessed with sustainability, we want to hear from you!In your role as Assistant Sustainability Specialist, you’ll support the wider sustainability team in our work with clients in the visioning and road mapping of their decarbonization, wellbeing and sustainability programs – for both individual offices and across portfolios. In addition, you will be a key member in establishing our internal offerings and educating our design and delivery teams

What You Will Be Doing
- .Support the North America and Global Sustainability teams on a variety of workplace and buildings projects.
- Support the planning, design, and implementation of client sustainability programs to define and achieve emission reduction objectives, including net zero goals, setting and validating official Science Based Targets (SBTi) and other decarbonization pathways.
- Collaborate with our architecture, design, strategy, engineering and delivery teams to develop best-in-class sustainable designs
- Support work with clients to achieve their certification goals, and prepare certification documentation for LEED and WELL projects
- Keep up-to-date with any North American developments in sustainability reporting
- Support the education of Moser’s teams on sustainability trends including carbon management
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field – sustainability, architecture or interior design, construction management, environmental science, environmental engineering, or equivalent.
- Up to 2 years of experience in delivering sustainability consultancy projects for clients.
- Knowledge of sustainable buildings certifications, life cycle analysis, carbon accounting, and sustainable practices in construction is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in qualitative and qualitative analysis
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with all types and levels of professionals
- Confident working alone or as part of a team, with ability to adapt as required
- Ability to manage multiple competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
