We are seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our client’s team in Prince George, BC. In this role, you will create and maintain an accurate branch budget, develop short- and long-term business plans, and provide clear leadership to your staff. You will manage sales representatives, ensure a high-quality customer experience, and foster relationships with both new and existing clients. What You Will Be Doing
- Responsible for budgeting and forecasting as well as profit & loss responsibilities
- Developing business plans and client acquisition plans
- Managing multiple personnel to effectively establish and maintain client relationships
- Overseeing all aspects of the location and ensuring work is completed correctly and efficiently
- Developing a sales team to ensure future company growth
What You Bring To The Table
- Minimum 5 years of experience supervising and managing employees in an Industrial setting
- Strong background in Heavy Equipment Sales or Service
- An understanding of sales in the Construction and Forestry equipment sectors
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and Outlook
