Avenir Hearing, part of Connect Hearing Canada is a leading hearing clinic throughout Canada with the largest network of registered Audiologists and professional Hearing Instrument Practitioners. Operating for 40 years, they are looking for a Bilingual (EN/FR) Customer Care Representative to join their team on a FT permanent basis in Moncton, NB!
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be at the front desk for the hearing clinic and be responsible for providing exceptional, consistent quality service to customers in a timely, efficient and effective manner.

What You Will Be Doing
- Greet customers and make them feel welcome & comfortable
- Answer phone calls and update client files
- Schedule appointments and process payments
- Complete end of day/month procedures
- Complete minor hearing aid repairs and assist with cleanings
- Provide product demonstrations to new clients
- Recognize sales opportunity and help the clinic reach monthly sales targets
What You Bring To The Table
- Exceptional people skills with strong verbal communication skills
- Fully bilingual in English and French
- Tech savvy – experience with Word, Excel and Outlook
- Prior experience working with seniors is an asst
- Prior experience in an administrative or accounts receivable role is an asset
