Our client, an innovative regulatory body, is currently searching for a dynamic and energetic Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join their team for a full-time 2-month contract. This individual will provide temporary support for the organization’s HR & Facilities department, specifically their needs for reception and administration.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer support through phone and email
- Administration support such as filing, scanning, ordering office supplies, etc
- Data entry, invoicing, and GL coding
- Assist with other projects and tasks as assigned
Qualifications, Experience, And Competencies
- 2 years of previous customer service experience in a professional environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
- Exceptional relationship-building skills
- Diploma or degree is preferred, but not required
