Tradable Bits is an award-winning technology company that helps sports, music, and entertainment brands build better fan experiences. Reporting to the CEO and working directly with the Founders, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for creating and managing an end-to-end financial model that is reliable and able to synchronize with existing financial systems.
Tradable Bits is experiencing a period of exponential growth. As our Financial Analyst, you will possess exceptional financial planning and analysis skills to help us maximize our growth opportunities and take the company to the next level. This includes partnering with individual teams within the business to help them set and meet financial and performance goals, as well as bolstering and safeguarding the financial health and performance of the business as a whole. Someone who is detail oriented
and organized is key to this role as you will be expected to maintain the accuracy and integrity of our financial data and reporting.

What you’ll do: *
- Understand the nuances of Tradable Bits’ business, our value proposition and how that contributes to organizational success.
- Support decision-making by providing stakeholders with timely, detailed, and meaningful insights and visibility on business performance including budgeting, forecasting, variance reporting, and analysis of operating costs.
- Work with our accounting firm and bankers to ensure that all financial documents are in order.
- Work with founders and investment bankers to prepare the necessary documentation for raising capital, including financial models, pitch decks and historical data for data rooms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate performance regarding long term operational goals, budgets, and forecasts.
- Provide research and analysis for major business decisions as they arise periodically.
Skills + Attributes:
- Expert skills in working with numbers and data – excellent MS Excel knowledge a must.
- Advanced financial modelling experience, as well as experience with legal contracts, financial reports, and business plans.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and complete work in a timely manner, with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Track record of working with management teams to improve performance and/or scale a company successfully.
- Skilled in analytical and critical thinking; able to tackle complex problems and break them down into simpler and easier to achieve targets.
- Inquisitive, creative, and self-motivated.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in extensive budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- CPA or relevant accounting designation preferred.
- High sense of urgency in providing a strong level of service and follow-through.
- Superior written and oral communication skills.
Additional Assets – Nice to Haves:
- Prior experience in M&A activity or integration of acquisitions (specifically relating to FP&A).
- Created financial models for a global company
- Keen interest or work/volunteer experience in sports, music or entertainment.
