The Role
The Installation and Service Coordinator will oversee bookings for all installation and service appointments. We are looking for someone who is efficient, energetic, organized, and genuinely enjoys talking to people in person and over the phone. The ideal candidate will have experience in a booking and/or client service role, managing a CRM system, and will align with our core values and company culture. Note: This is a full -time position
What you will be doing
Booking coordination (both receiving and initiating) to ensure installations and service calls are booked within 24 hours
Manage Installer / Service Technician calendars and communicate appointment changes in real time
General administration
Assisting with special projects when requested
To be successful in this role you must
Have proven success in a customer focused work environment
Have previous experience in a booking and / or client service role, preferably in the service or retail industry
Have a great work ethic, be punctual, and pay attention to the details
Collaborate with various departments to ensure issues are resolved effectively and in a timely manner
Have outstanding oral, typing and written communication skills
Be willing to work a Monday – Friday work schedule
