This role requires that you have proper education and working experience in areas of data entry, bookkeeping, accounting & vendor management. Due to the level of access required, this position reports directly to the CEO.
Location: 100%REMOTE
Available Shift: 25-30 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for assisting in key areas of bookkeeping, banking reconciliation, A/R & A/P management, tax prep, payroll review, and data entry
- Record data and maintain company spreadsheets
- Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions
- Recording of debits and credits in the accounting system
- Account reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transaction
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
- MINIMUM 2+ years of experience in fields of administrative support to accounting, finance, or similar
- Strong understanding of Real Estate Investing strategies
- Strong understanding and practices in Quickbooks & MS Excel
- You are experienced in the processes of bookkeeping, payroll, and monthly- and year-closing.
- Ability to identify and recognize the risks that could harm our business and activities.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully present financial goals, plans, and objectives to financial institutions and the C-Suite.
- Able to efficiently use financial data mining analysis tools
- Excellent communication skills.
