Hybrid/remote – Stratford and New Hamburg, ON
About the Position:
The Scheduler will report to the Payroll and Benefits Administrator and is responsible to ensure that schedules are filled, and office tasks are completed. The scheduler will join a centralized scheduling team that supports all employees and programs across TCMH’s divisions: Nithview Community, Greenwood Court, and Corporate Services. This will involve working in collaboration with the members of the team and administration at each division.
The Scheduler is the first point of contact for team members with questions about schedules and open shifts. The Scheduler takes call-ins and arranges for replacements for sick/emergency calls in accordance with prescribed processes. The Scheduler manages and produces work schedules for all employees. They assign shifts and input schedule changes while also reviewing and approving requests for vacation and other time off. They are responsible to maintain the staff schedules daily to ensure accuracy.
This position must be available for all shifts – days, evenings, and weekends. On call work will be required for this role. This position can be required to work on-site at both the Stratford and New Hamburg locations, but also can be done remotely.
Wage – $23.35 – $27.08
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 2 year Community College Diploma required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in scheduling
