Working within the creative sector in a deadline-oriented industry you’ll provide technical and software assistance to a team of designers, production and operations staff while collaborating with a Managed Service Provider. You’ll be able to use your knowledge of design software to its fullest and support colleagues in Toronto and around the world, while working from the office and home!

The Candidate

Job Summary
You are the front line when it comes to supporting our people with technical issues no matter where they reside. Your primary responsibility is to resolve desktop and application related technical issues for our team, identify issues that need escalation, and to maximize our team’s ability to be productive.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
· Document and share solutions with the team
· Image and deploy computers using SmartDeploy in support of desktop imaging
· Work on projects as assigned by the VP of Finance and Operations
· Knowledge of VPN Access
· Coordinate support with the MSP, following their troubleshooting instructions and conveying diagnostic information.
