- Dining services for residents and guests during meal – times.
- Cleaning of all the operation areas including disinfecting the common area, high touchpoints, and residential rooms
- Assist with the handling, labeling, and storage of food.
- Extra cleaning duties as required.
- Lending a helping hand in the main kitchen and delivering food supplies.
- Working with kitchen equipment, washing and storing dishes, and repairing/replacing any damaged kitchen equipment.
- Follow IGGH, ministry long-term care, Infection control regulations policies, and procedures.
- Maintaining the workplace clean and tidy at all times.
- Assist with infection control, quality assurance, and legal and workplace requirements.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid food handler’s certificate (Required)
- Previous food service experience required.
- Must be active and physically fit to perform all the duties.
- Well-versed with proper handling techniques.
- Must know how to work around various appliances like cooking equipment, dishwasher, etc.
- Proof of full 2-dose vaccination with the last dose more than 14 days prior to start.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Mon to Sun
Time: 8am to 4pm/11am to 7pm/ 1pm to 9pm (Candidate must be flexible with any shift timings and days)
