Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team! The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for all digital campaigns and strategy to increase SQLs and drive customer acquisition. This is a cross functional role liaising with Commercial and Product teams to deliver meaningful inbound growth. As the business grows, there will be opportunity to scale this position into a managerial role.
Reporting to our Commercial Director, our Digital Marketing Specialist can expect to:
Be a strategic member of our Commercial team, contributing to the overall company marketing strategy and executing to exceed targets
Create immediate impact for the organization and “see” results in real time
Feel empowered to make changes collaboratively and quickly
Job Responsibilities
Propose, execute, evaluate and iterate inbound marketing campaigns, nurturing leads from awareness to Sales Qualified Leads
Content Marketing
Build and manage a rich content and editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience (including blog posts, whitepapers, video ads, infographics)
Work with Product team to apply SEO best practices to attract and convert website visitors
Plan and execute SEM campaign optimization strategies
Email Marketing
Create and automate inbound email marketing campaigns by customer segment, nurturing leads
Create and automate customer retention and upsell campaigns by customer segment
PPC
Develop a data driven paid advertising strategy (on Google and LinkedIn) to ensure effective ad spend and strong ROAS
Establish strong A/B testing protocols to yield results immediately
Required qualifications and experience
3+ years of comprehensive B2B SAAS digital marketing experience
Teaching-level experience in Google Ads/Analytics, LinkedIn Ads
Proficiency with SEO tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience using data analytics (with BI and sales support) to optimize campaigns
Proven ability to improve efficiently, whether with enablement tools, automation, or analytic
Desired qualifications and experience:
Working experience with Figma and Adobe Suite
Hubspot Inbound certification is an asset
$60,000 – $65,000 a year

Trip Ninja is based in Halifax, Canada and is 100% remote in most areas. We hire people who are based in or around the following cities: Halifax, Nova Scotia; Toronto, Ontario; Ottawa, Ontario; Calgary, Alberta; and Richmond, British Colombia.
