– Whilst practicing your trade, You can, expect to learn everything you need to know about renovations adding value to properties: Flipping; Wholesaling; Long-term (ie residential) rentals; Short-term (i.e. Airbnb) rentals; etc.
Responsibilities (in order of importance):
– Able to travel for work and stay on site for up to Monday-Friday
– Must have own vehicle for work
– follow direction and finish tasks to a highdegree of quality
– work on full house renovations
-be able to demo/repair work wh_ere required_
Skills:
– Demonstrated ability to work well with customers.
– Good time management skills.
-basic renovation skills
– Willingness to learn new trades
– Willingness to follow directionorders
– Able to work with little supervision.
– Experience in renovation projectsa Real Estate setting would be an asset.
