Responsibilities:

• Receive and manage incoming calls from customers
• Build rapport with a variety of customers by actively listening to our customers, asking the right questions and offering solutions in a professional manner to promote and maintain customer satisfaction
• Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.
• Deliver reliable solutions to our customers with a sense of urgency and sound judgement.
• Ensure sales managers are informed of all unresolved complaints/ inquires.
• Complete accurate transaction in a timely manner by way of phone, email or online chat.
• Embrace change in a fast-pace, performance driven team environment.

Requirements:

• Superior customer service skills are a must
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Self-starter, who can work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented
• Strong computer skills, proficient in MS Office: Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail
• Ability to solve problems tactfully and effectively with a sense of urgency
• Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor and attitude at all times
• Proactive approach
• Punctual and committed to work schedules

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $17.50-$18.00 per hour
