FT Customer Service Representative Position for Growing Tile Distribution Company. Looking for experienced candidates with Excellent Communication, Computer and Math skills. $18 to $19 per hour + Benefits + Paid breaks. Located at 8 Tracey Blvd Brampton L6T 5R9

General Position Responsibilities:

• Servicing and management of orders for Dealer / Contractor accounts
• Assisting clients in showroom as required.
• Calling clients; sending pricing, company and product information as needed.
• Communicating courteously with customers both internally and externally by telephone, fax, and email;
• Investigating and solving customers problems and handling customer complaints;
• Responding to customer calls, emails and faxes in a timely manner;
• Entry of customer orders into the system in a timely manner;
• Daily management of changes to orders, including system updates and communicating such changes to the customer;
• Providing accurate product and pricing information;
• Checking stock and advising customer on back order status;
• Scheduling transportation; Tracing of shipments as necessary;
• Prioritizing delivery of all orders; ;
• Maintaining accurate records of account information, discussions, and correspondence;
• Recommending new procedures to improve customer service efficiency;
• Processing and managing purchase orders
• Preparing packing slips and bills of lading for the warehouse;
• Invoicing and collection of payments;
• Taking ownership for customer satisfaction and striving for excellence by achieving/exceeding expectations;
• Providing continuous support to the Customer Service team.
