Responsibilities:
- Understand and complete the requirements of the driver qualification file.
- Understand and administer Drug and alcohol programs.
- Understand and complete requirement maintenance files.
- Should be able to read CVOR/ NSC and SMS and able to monitor and update in a periodic manner
- Understand requirements around collision files and maintain the same.
- Claim filing and follow-up with insurance companies
- Understand tickets/convictions and inspections and follow up and proper filling
- Knowledge of CTPAT,PIP, CSA programs
- Knowledge of Hazmat/dangerous goods
- Good understanding of hours of service Us and Canada (Log books).
- Operation knowledge of ELD i.e. able to generate and read reports
- Set daily, weekly and monthly tasks to follow up on various activities
- Co-ordinate between back office and client
Requirements:
- Post-secondary diploma is preferred
- 1-2 years of verifiable experience in safety and compliance
- Report Generation: Possesses the ability to generate simple reports using basic functions in software and/or writing basic queries
