Tsunami Solutions Ltd. was founded in Vancouver, BC, Canada in 1999, for the purpose of creating innovative technology solutions to real-world problems. It was born from one customer’s need to effectively monitor the safety of their large staff of remote workers. Tsunami designed its signature SafetyLine product to meet this demand and now continues to move towards our vision of protecting every person, everywhere, with our technologies.

What you will do:
Build customer relationships to ensure product engagement and optimal usage of our flagship product SafetyLine.
Plan and execute on growth and optimization strategies for our customers.
Lead, coach, and empower the customer success team to successful results.
Roll up your sleeves to ensure quality customer experience at all touchpoints of the customer journey.
Be responsible for and report on customer success metrics and analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in Development, Marketing, Product, Sales and Support.
CRM and database software system administration.
You will work remotely from anywhere in BC with possible travel. Compensation offered will be an annual salary based on your previous experience.
