The Role:
Reporting to the Property Manager – Leasing Associate is responsible for preparing and maintaining license agreement, tenant notices, and any other amendments. As tenant’s main contact window, this role is expected to manage tenants effectively from when they complete tenant improvements to the surrender of licensed space. Additional administrative support to Property Manager is required.
Major Responsibilities:
Support Property Manager with any administrative tasks
Day to day maintenance of an accurate database, including monthly rental payments, accounts receivable, contact information, lease terms, option to renew, percentage rent, monthly sales, payment schedule etc
Tango entry and maintenance of T&T profile
Assist with tenant rent collections, tenant monthly sales collection, store monthly sales reporting, store rent payable and other AP, AR duties
Provide qualify and professional services to the tenants. Develop strong relationship with tenants by responding and resolving their requests and/or concerns efficiently and effectively
Assist with coordination of tenant improvements and move in / move outs
Prepare tenant license agreement, renewal notice, Arrear Notice, and other Amendment as required.
tracking tenant lease renewal, certificate of insurance, reconcile utilities and prepare rent statement
Additional duties as assigned or needed by CFO or merchandising
Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years in a similar position within property management
Effective time management skills and attention to details
Customer service oriented with great communication and interpersonal skills
Accountable and Collaborative, and be able to work with minimal supervision
Good working knowledge of MS Office
Basic understanding of lease terms
Ability in communicate in Chinese is an asset
