Unified Wellness is a new locally owned and operated business that provides health care to clients from a holistic approach. We offer a range of services including chiropractic, massage, and mindset coaching. Our team works together to provide the best services possible and create a customer experience superior to any other all under one roof. Unified Wellness is forward focused and has a goal of becoming “the” number one place for physical and mental wellbeing in our community.
Currently we require a Customer Service/Receptionist that is authentic, engaged and enjoys working in a creative environment both independently and as part of a team.
Monday to Friday. Occasional Saturday may be requested for events.
Job Duties:
- Carries out reception and secretarial duties in a confidential capacity in support of the practitioners
- Welcoming each customer in a prompt, courteous manner either by phone or in person.
- Obtain client background and contact information
- Maintaining a safe and clean reception area and maintaining equipment
- Receiving, sorting, and distributing all incoming mail to the appropriate personnel
- Monitoring fax machine for incoming faxes and sending outgoing faxes as needed
- Ensuring office is locked up before leaving for the day
- Processing all transactions for clients
- Scheduling and booking appointments
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Performing other duties may be required or assigned

Required Experience
The ideal candidate:
- Office Administration Diploma Preferred
- Experience in telemarketing and direct sales
- Experience in marketing development strategies, including social media advertising
- Must be computer literate with good keyboarding skills
- Enjoys people and provides excellent customer service
- Has excellent time management & organizational skills
- Ability to maneuver custom software and communication channels
- Dedicated to presenting a professional appearance, demeanor and attitude
- Excellent communication skills and phone manners
- Works well independently and in a team setting
- Enjoys working in a creative environment

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sault Ste. Marie, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
