Job description
Customer Service Representative for the Parts and Service Division.
You will be handling contractor walk-ins who would like to purchase parts, putting together custom quotes for property managers, condo developers, contractors and mechanical engineers, assist with scheduling our five in-field service technicians, ensuring inventory is up to date, reordering parts and answering phones and emails.
HVAC Industry knowledge is preferred but not required.
Must be highly organized and willing to learn in a fast paced environment.
Hours are 8AM-4PM Monday – Friday.
Company paid benefits.

Salary: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
