Union Lighting & Decor Looking for Customer Service/Retail Sales at Mont-royal, QC Full Time

Our showroom is a beautiful 20,000 square foot space within the Carre Union Décor Center perfectly situated on Decarie Boulevard in Montreal. And we are growing!

We are currently looking for a few postions. This is one of them.

Customer Service Associate in Retail Showroom-

What you will do:

• Welcome and engage customers in a courteous, helpful, and respectful manner
• Promptly and politely respond to customer inquiries and customer requests concerning orders in-store, by phone and by email.
• Collect customer information and process payment
• Package customer purchases for removal from the store (includes wrapping, bagging)
• Ensure all items intended for purchase are identified and properly scanned
• Return misplaced products from the store and customer returns
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

This is a FULL TIME position.
