This is a contract position to support the Accounting and Administrative department.
· New Project File setup and generation of start up documents including filling out tracking spreadsheets, verifying data for accuracy and filling in missing information
· Closeout Documents
· Prepare documents for mailing, arranging couriers
· Food ordering for Lunch & Learns
· Planning and organizing special events
· Filing and organizing
· Administrative tasks as assigned by the General Manager and President
Schedule (2 days/week: Tuesday and Wednesday)
· If unable to make one of these days, may negotiate coming in on Friday and ensure files are ready for Monday kickoff meeting
