Position:
We are currently looking to hire Experienced Water Proofer Lead Hand/Foreman to join our growing Calgary team.
Projects are large commercial construction and include Application of Below Grade Waterproofing Membrane (sheeting goods), and Hot Rubber Membrane. Hours dependent but average 40-60 hours a week.
Our Ideal candidate will be a reliable and responsible person who can work efficiently in a team atmosphere, using their knowledge and skills to achieve the task at hand. A safe professional mentality and solid work ethic are important to our company culture.
Tasks/ Responsibilities :
- Manage crew of 2-10 people
- Follow Safety Procedures
- Prep Surfaces
- Run Kettle
- Detail Membranes
- Install Drain Board
- Material Handling
- Site Clean Up
- Help With Repairs

Necessary for Employment:
- Experience in Applicable Trade (Flat Roofing, Waterproofing) – 3 years preferred
- Basic Hand Tools (hammer, tape measure, knife, Olfa knife (insulation))
- PPE (hard hat, high visibility vest, steel toe boots, safety glasses)
Assets for applicants:
- Waterproofing Certificates (Tremco, etc.)
- Own Tools (Torch, Trowel, Cane)
- Safety Tickets (Fall Pro, CSTS, WHMIS, etc.) – Recertification can/will be provided for hired workers, in the course of employment
- Valid Driver’s License
- Transportation to Shop or Various Sites
Salary: $30 – $35 per hour
Salary negotiable with relevant experience.
