Employee Referral Program (ERP) Coordinator

We are looking for a creative and dynamic individual to join our Talent Acquisition team as an ERP Coordinator. In this role you will play an integral role in managing the Employee Referral Program for UHN. This includes managing referral bonus payments, responding to employee inquiries, processing submissions and providing reporting on program results. You will also have the opportunity to work with cross functional teams within People and Culture to support events and special projects.
Provide customer service to all referral candidate applications which includes following up on status and dispositioning applications.
Track and validate qualified referrals and execute quarterly referral payout process.
Provide timely response to employee and Talent Consultant questions.
Adjudicate referrals disputes related to referral guidelines and/or eligibility in accordance with policy.
Support Talent Consultants and Program Managers with the execution of referral events and promotions.
Partner cross functionally with supporting the redesign of our referral program.
Provide regular reporting and results of the employee referral program.
Verify submission data and check for duplicate records and resolve data issues.
Any other duties as required for the role.
2-3 years of experience in a similar role that is focused on coordination.
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Prior experience working in dynamic office environment.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal direction and can handle confidential information in a professional manner.
Ability to show initiative and deliver results.
Innovate and assist with developing new processes while maintaining flexibility in an evolving environment.
Savvy computer skills and experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
