Position Summary
The Records and Registration Officer is an integral member of the Records and Registration team under the guidance of the Records and Registration Coordinator. This position provides high quality service to internal and external stakeholders in-person, by telephone and by email for a broad range of complex services related to registration, academic records, graduation, scheduling and accounts receivable/cash receipts (AR/CR) for base and continuing education programming.
