Working for the Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences
The Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences currently offers an accredited four-year professional Entry to Practice PharmD degree consisting of coursework and practice experience as well as multiple post-graduate programs. The Faculty services approximately 650 students per year and consistently ranks among the top three institutions in Canada. Position Summary
The Assessment, Evaluation, and Educational Technology Assistant will work as part of the Assessment and Evaluation team to support the Faculty’s assessment, program evaluation and educational technology activities. This includes, but is not limited to: direct support for assessment exam administration (e.g. creating and administering exams, implementing exam accommodations, post exam processing support), evaluation activities (e.g. focus groups, surveys, data entry and collection, generating reports). This role will also provide direct educational technology support for the delivery of programs (e.g. basic training on essential core tools such as mentimeter, learning management systems and zoom, some seminar technology support to facilitate interactive learning, and back up for technology failure in lecture theaters).
