Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing & Communications, and in close collaboration with teh President’s office, the Director of Marketing & Communications will be responsible for working with Leadership to provide the marketing strategy that will help achieve the University’s goals of achieving its mission and vision through strategic and tactical initiatives with the aim of attracting faculty, staff, and students.
The position is considered a critical role in the University as it is expected to drive brand recognition, engagement, recruitment support, internal and external communications, innovation, and execution of the marketing strategy through close collaboration with the different departments across the organization. It is also to be expected that the Director of Marketing & Communications will make data- driven decisions that will shape how the University is marketed in the Niagara region, across Canada and globally.
NOTE: this position will be located on campus and will require to work occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
