SW 448 – Social Work Practicum II
Students, with support of agency supervision, will become directly involved in social work services and systems within the community, and experience professional practice. Seminars assist in the integration of theory and practice through sharing of experience and knowledge.

MSW plus experience related to course content.
Physical Demands Pay Grade Faculty Sessional Salary Range As per URFA Collective Agreement Status Term Work Hours
Practicum orientation will be on January 4 from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. via Zoom.
This course will be taught face-to-face at the Regina Campus (synchronous).
Seminars will be held on Fridays from 11:30 a.m. – 2:15 p.m.
Seminar Dates: Jan 13, Jan 27, Feb 10, Feb 24, Mar 10, Mar 24, Apr 14.
Delivery method, days and times are subject to change.
The winter term is January 4 – April 11, 2023 (excluding exams).
